Key Responsibilities :

 

• Lead delivery engagements in Germany

• Participate and lead large S&M engagements

• Support the creation of new Digital solutions and offerings in S&M

• Deal with senior level business and IT stakeholders in S&M

• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds

• Conduct initial needs assessment of business or business process

• Drive business projects on behalf of clients according to their needs

 

Skills needed:

 

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business Administration or Life Sciences; MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable

• Profound experience in Life Sciences industry and specifically in the area of Sales & Marketing

• Strong understanding and knowledge of IT systems and products used in S&M such as Salesforce, Veeva etc

.• Proven ability to sell and deliver Services to existing and new customers

• Broad knowledge of new business, technology and digital trends in S&M• A hands-on action-oriented professional who is excited to carry a personal accountability to make things happen

• Good exceptional communication skills

as the future Head R&D Life Sciences you grow Consulting business at existing customers, identifies new target customers, drives profitable growth by hiring Consultants as well as Consulting Managers.

in your role you will be responsible for building the R&D Life Sciences team for effective utilization and profitability by generating new business opportunities and building trusted advisory relationships with key stake holders in the pharmaceutical and medical device clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead large scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry - Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices sector with a special focus on Digital and Data

• Build a team of consultants with effective deployment, utilisation and profitability of the unit.

• Create, based on existing capabilities and assets a compelling vision and strategy for our clients Business Consulting in Life Science Industry. Adapt global offerings, assess and localize them

• Demonstrate deep Life Sciences industry sector knowledge with a functional expertise in R&D operations

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospects and customers. Deal with senior level business in sales and delivery contexts

• Implement project teams, sell and deliver best in class solutions for our customers

• Drive Business Development jointly with Account Management, use personal network to drive growth of our clients Life Science business

• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds; play an active role in counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization

 

Skills needed:

 

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration or Life Sciences; MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable

• Profound experience in Life Sciences industry management consulting and in a leadership role within a professional services firm

• Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Life Sciences with focus on R&D

• Strong credentials and demonstrated success in IT strategy and Enterprise Solution Architecture

• Proven ability to sell Consulting Services to existing and new customers

• Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to clients business

• A hands-on action-oriented professional who is excited to carry a personal accountability to make things happen

• Effective leader with good exceptional communication skills
